Copyright
Our content is copyrighted.
All content you see on SierraMountainPasses.com is protected by copyright law. Our content is copyright Val in Real Life LLC, unless indicated otherwise. If we use content that is owned by someone else we will respect their copyright, obtain permission, and credit the source.
We use a variety of tools to monitor for infringement and pursue legal action for violations. Nothing on this site may be reproduced, shared, or embedded without explicit, written permission from Val in Real Life LLC.
Risk
Life is dangerous.
We write about things that come with risk. If you cannot accept that risk you should not do those things.
We work hard to manage our risk. We minimize unnecessary risk. We wear protective gear. We train. We keep our skills sharp. We make informed decisions. You should too.
Affiliates
We may offer affiliate links.
When we display affiliate links they will be clearly labeled. When you click an affiliate link and buy a product or service from a third party, we will earn a small commission on that sale, at no extra cost to you.
